We just got an iMac and also a 23" Lenovo all in one with touch screen at work. The Lenovo was about $100 cheaper, but has twice as much memory, a processor that is twice as fast, a bigger screen that is more adjustable, and a touch screen. The touch screen with Windows 8 is really nice. Both look very nice and have a very nice build quality.

Windows 8 is easy to use after playing around with it a bit. The only people I've personally met so far who don't like Windows 8 after using it for a week are Apple fanatics (i.e. they had their minds made up in advance). The narrative that Windows 8 is bad that has been pushed by a very pro-Apple media is just plan false.
