Four games in....

and one of the BEST thing going for BYU is that ESPN (mother ship) has shown BYU ON TWO nights as the prime showing (Friday @ UCONN and Thursday with Houston) and the other two games on Saturday.  The biggest WIN so far from a national perspective and a massive launch of BYU into the media darlings was the TX game. Not only was that the launch point, but the thumping BYU gave TX AT AUSTIN (against a storied program) put BYU on this current path.

Houston game showed BYU kept the same trajectory and that winning, although not cleanly, was still enough to keep BYU on point as well as more national attention. Same thing against UVA. Down, then stayed with UVA, then down again, then tied then took off and never looked back. On the BIGGEST CFB stage BYU did it, they beat up to this point AGAINST all ODDS. Now the talk from the media is BYU isn't getting the respect they need. Amazing what a simple concept of playing a single game mindset will do for confidence, humility in swagger and a better resolve to improve and continue upward.

Trending like this has BYU scheduled with ESPN for three more games.. so for a total of 7 ESPN games and with three TBD games, continue to WIN and I wouldn't be surprised to see ESPN say, okay, three remaining TBD games will be shown on ESPN. IF that were to happen, that would be 10 of 12 games BYU would be on the MOTHERSHIP-ESPN and NOT on any daughtership ESPN channels.

Two other games, MTSU and Savannah State will be shown on CBS and BYUtv.

7 to 10 games out of 12 on ESPN...WOW, that is impressive folks. Amazing, simply amazing how this season is playing out. I like the approach this team has taken, not settling for anything less than DOMINATE the man in front of you.
