I would pick them to be an NIT level team, but everyone does that every year, and every year, USD dissappoints. They were oh-so-close in OOC last year, coming 1 point and a missed 3-pointer at the buzzer away from beating SDSU, and a couple of buckets away from knocking off New Mexico. But then they got shredded in conference play.

I have no idea what to expect from USD. They could easily be a high NIT type of team. But what they actually do on the court...who knows.
