Like you said, they won the CBI last year. And in 2011, they won the CIT. They rarely have a season as poor as they had last year. But we didn't see enough from them to tell me that they will be back to a Top 100 RPI team either, as they were in 3 of the 5 seasons before last year.

I see them as probably 130-180 RPI, which, in and of itself, is nice, because it won't drag down the league RPI as much.
