Strategy / Economics is a good combo for the business side of things.
Gives you a good amount of both qualitative and quantitative and the Strategy program at BYU has a great reputation and a VERY high placement rate post graduation. I majored in both and the one thing I wish I would have done more of was some additional math to have a more solid background in that regard.

As far as the JD/MBA, I was looking into that for a long time but eventually decided against it because those I spoke with that had them didn't think it really set them apart as much as they would have hoped. From what they told me, employers either wanted you for the law side of things or the business side of things, but didn't care as much that you had the other. Just 2nd hand info, but I was happy to stay in business as it is.
