What "more" has Stew done? And "less" than who?

The "more" that Stew has accomplished is occasionally winning his conference tournament, and never. winning. any. national. post. season. game. Not NIT, not NCAA. Is winning the WAC, Big Sky or MWC every few years really "more"? More than who?

I might buy that he has "less" to work with than teams that do things like be ranked and win post season games.

IMO, it is accurate to say Stew has "done less with less." I don't know where this "more with less" thing comes from, or maybe I don't know what it means.
