Don't forget the Stadium of Fire, basketball games, MTC traffic, and all road construction that has rerouted everyone through Stadium Ave.

I love BYU sports and everything about it. But unless you've lived in that neighborhood, bought and sold a home, and dealt with the issue yourself, you can't really talk.
