Great post - Amazing how many of us suffer in silence

Thanks for sharing your story, and I think it is a great example of opening up, being "real", and coming to grips with life. I think most would be surprised how many suffer from some form of depression, addiction, etc. Spot on when you said that substance abuse wasn't the problem, it was the solution.
