That's probably the part of his job which he hates the most; having to deal with the fans. He even said once that BYU fans who are critical are showing how uneducated they are or unintelligent or something along those lines.

It's pretty sad to see him digging in his heels and getting so defensive. I think he's definitely feeling some pressure. And he's not responding very well at all so far.
