1) From what I can tell he and the coaching staff do not have a real eye for talent. This one might sting to many of you. But honestly many of the guys who have played on this team the last few years have no business playing at this level.

2) Bronco is hard headed. He preaches humility but his own humility is left at the firesides and never makes it to the games. If something - glaring - needs to be changed he doesn't do it. He sticks with his principles even if they are failing principles. Bronson at OLB at is an example of this - enough with this experiment please.

3) It's obvious that he plays favorites. I don't know how he chooses his favorites but it is obvious that he does have them and they get playing time over more deserving guys.
