Its apparent byu isnt going to fire Bronco anytime soon. I personally think Bronco needs to make some changes with his defensive staff, should try and offer Sitake the DC position. Whether or not Sitake would make a lateral move to byu is not known. Even though he is currently a P5 assistant and comes from a 4-3 scheme, it might help his longer term HC aspirations to be Ac at byu. Frankly byu needs to groom someone viable to replace Bronco and I don't see anyone on staff currently who could, maybe 2J .
