Frankly, it would be a great move for him and his career.

If Utah's defense continues its performance for the remainder of the year, Kalani will be offered many HC positions, some of which will be at P5 schools. I highly doubt that BYU will be one of those since I don't see Bronco going anywhere.

It will become more interesting (and frankly more likely) if Utah's defense slides a bit because the next 5 teams on its schedule are that much better than the first 6. In that case, he might see some offers from G5 schools, and those might not be intriguing enough to make him want to leave, but you never know. Utah could have another good year on Defense in 2015, and if Bronco has another injury plagued year and gets sick of the fans, he might decide to leave to ride barleys for a few years. In that case, I could see Sitake being a great fit.

I'd be sad to see him go, but I'd be happy for his career path.
