What if Holmoe decides to hire someone else?

Would some of you be upset if that happened? Personally I don't envy Holmoe when the time comes that Bronco's tenure comes to end. He is in a no win situation. Because no matter who he ends up hiring there will be a group of people upset that he didn't hire who they wanted.
