i don't know if that's true. holmoe can be on the lookout and be first in line
to grab someone as soon as the season is over and bowl prep starts.
i don't think the timing is all the bad to find a replacement. what you dont want, is to have your first choice (KW) say no and you are left with the only guy standing in the room who's not a great candidate.
