if that truly is the case, we need the staff in place for next year. my point is, the real disaster would have been trying to remain undefeated against next years schedule with Nick Howell as DC. it wouldn't have happened. If this is the motivation to make staff changes, it could create a better team in 2015, and maybe one that can actually go undefeated next year.
