There's too many restrictions in the circumstances here.

There's lots of good programs out there where you don't have to worry about the honor code, etc..

They might get some good classes occasionally, outrecruit the yewts (occasionally), if they get to a BCS bowl or win one, etc..

I would say that recruiting isnt the problem, its development once they get here
