you are using your own system for measuring what a players "best game" is.
It isn't really about pass efficiency because teams pass way more against us. If a team can throw the ball 20 more times than usual and keep their pass efficiency in what they usually average...that means your defense stinks because it can't stop something that is completely predictable. To add to that we haven't really played any teams with a good offense. You could argue Nevada is a decent offense but USU, Houston, Virginia, UCF, Texas, UCONN have terrible offenses.
