If you're referring to my interaction with Zaphod last week, maybe this can help out...

A few years ago Zaphod offered some tickets to a game. They were good seats and I wanted them. We met and I had the cash in hand for the full price of both tickets. I extended the cash to him, and Z graciously refused. I didn't go to the game either wanting or expecting anything for free. Men don't do that.

As a sign of my appreciation for Z's gracious offer, I just so happened to have some BYU swag with me (as I was pursuing NCAA licensing), which I offered in return. He took it...for free. Neither of us felt like anything else was owed. My mistake was in being relentless in my defense of Bronco to those who wanted him fired. And yes, I certainly could have been more gracious about it.

So if you're trying to gloat over the squabble Z and I had a few days ago, I suppose you can, but that has nothing to do with "the new BluePete"...life has already taken care of delivering enough body blows to me to soften me up. I hope this makes sense.
