If you think the team can actually get a NC in today's environment, you are terribly wrong again. The money will prevent even the best BYU team from playing in the big game. If you assert otherwise, like Bronco, you are mistaken. BYU will not get to the big game because they don't have a scheduling arrangements with enough P5 conferences, nor are they now, nor will they in the near future, be in a P5 conference.

As long as things remain like they are, with the church and BYU unwilling to compromise core values in exchange for more wins, and the current P5 environment being unfriendly to BYU, BYU will remain on the outside of any serious NC talk. It is what it is.
