I watched the game with a buddy and commented that we would back them up another 10 yards when I saw the flag. To my surprise, we then declined the penalty and they converted. I would have made a different call, but who knows if it would have changed the outcome.

It does leave me scratching my head looking back at all of the gambles that this coaching staff takes and loses (like going for 2 against Boise St., which I could not believe at the time).
