RE: Outside of access to the G5 spot in NY6, please elaborate on better bowl
MWC has two contracted bowls versus P5 teams
Las Vegas Bowl (MWC vs PAC12)
New Mexico Bowl (MWC vs PAC12)
AAC has one and two alternates should the contracted conference not have enough teams. AAC will probably get ~1/yr of these backup slots.
Birmingham (AAC vs SEC)
Independence (SEC vs BigXII- AAC to fill any vacancy)
Liberty (BigXII vs SEC- AAC to fill any vacancy).
There is no indication of BYU getting a contracted bowl against a P5 team.
