Just because you almost beat some good teams doesn't mean you have arrived
look, we all acknowledge that USU has improved over the last few years. It is yet to be seen if that is sustainable since most of the guys playing are still Anderson's recruits. Give it a few more years. Has your program improved or did the team improve under a great coach? Big difference. I believe that the program could have improved a lot had you been able to hold on to Anderson.

The fact that coming close to beating BYU a few times and then beating us is your big achievement proves that you guys are not on an equal footing with us. When we lose to you we expect our coach to get fired, when we win, we don't really care. When you lose to us it's just another year, and when you win (at LES) it's your best win in 40 years. We have a temporary problem of underachieving. You have not proven yet that your improvement will be long term.
