If you look at other coaches in mid major teams, that have made it to BCS games, they have for the most part adapted and been willing to try different things along the way, in order to win.

Lack of innovation and unwillingness to take teams by surprise or give them what they are not expecting or doing something that may stop another team, is mind boggling to me. Why Bronco will not do that, is a head scratch er.
