to me that coaching and poor execution lost the USU, UCF and Nevada games. BYU having more talent kept the Nevada and UCF game closer. BYU wasn't ready to play without Taysom vs USU. BSU was just plain better all the way around. They have better coaching and execution, and their talent is at least as good as BYU's.

BYU has relied on their talent (Taysom, KVN, Ziggy, Beck, Hall, Collie, Kehl etc...) for the last few years. They have a lot of good players, just not the stand out guys that make the team better all on their own. The talent was almost good enough to win UCF and Nevada this year, we just didn't have the stand out guys to put us over the top (Taysom and Jamal).
