I'm with you on that. I've seen gangs of teenagers that looked like they just

came from hanging out at the mall on a weeknight - no costumes at all.

I think I end up giving them a piece of candy since I'd rather pay out that small toll than risk them doing something to my house (I remember too well being their age and having a bit of an attitude).

I guess karma is what everyone says she is.
