leadership and zero accountability especially with Coach Howell and the players. Players want all the blame to go to the coaches and Howell is making every excuse in the book why it isn't him because he knows his job is on the line. Bronco is the only one who has taken any accountability recently and that was after the Boise game. I think Bronco was trying to protect Howell after the Nevada game and that was a big mistake because the players don't seem to like Howell .
If it's true that the players really don't like playing for Howell then he needs to go now, he is a huge problem just like Jamie Hill was in 2010. Even still there needs to be some leadership on the defensive side of the ball and players need to own up to their play and find out why they aren't playing up to their capabilities, they are not blameless in all of this.
