I like your third option. I know you have played a role in improving
the atmosphere with the Wear Blue campaign and possibly other things. IMO, the AD and the Administration appear to be open to making changes. The Athletic Department has done things like the fan boxes and the fan fests just within the last couple of years. They may not be as open or as willing to move as quickly as we would like, but they do seem to be open.

I don't agree that Bronco has to go right now. IMO, we should throw full support behind him for the remainder of this season and next. If next season feels like this one, then it's time for a change. If next season swings back up, all it cost was a little patience.

IMO, the program is a little like an oil tanker. You have to start steering for a turn well ahead of when the tanker will actually begin to move in that direction. IMO Bronco has already made many of the changes that needed to be made (bringing in Tujague, hiring Martzen and amping up recruiting etc.). He was also much more relaxed and media friendly before the slide began. IMO, dropping Bronco now means we have given up on next season. The learning curve for a new coach would be too steep (I'm talking about the BYU learning curve, not necessarily the coaching learning curve). If the ship can be righted a bit over the rest of this season and people come back healthy, we can still make some real noise next year.
