I like your post, but I don't like your philosophy on "all in.". that sounds
more like "mediocre.". if we're gonna go all in, then let's go all in. Pay the coaches the going rate, not just what is acceptable for BYU. get the best coachs you can. period. pay them what they need to come and coach here. pay the assistants what they need to come coach here. set the expectations cery high and let them know they need to reach thhise expectations or they may not have a job.

Have the fans be all in. The marketing department is stol failing, even though they have improved somewhat. Really listen to the fans. Listen to them tell you what they want and what would make them want to come to a game. Have the head coach be more accessible to fans and media. that's one area Bronco failed right from the start. He's never made up for that mistake.

Come after my donation. I mean really come after my money and everyone else's. I keep telling myself that I have money to donate if they want it. I'm not gonna go on te internet and do it myself through a credit card checkout, etc. I like the idea of CC, but it fails too.

create sime excitement around the program, and I mean real excitement and then go after the money to be able to build new things, etc. there should be plenty of money around this program, but not when they're losing games to teams they have been losing to, not when the coach won't speak to fans or media much, not when we are looked at as fools for loving athletics as much as we do, not when we are called out by the coach for dciding to leave early when we can find something more enjoyable to do after we've already given the football program all the money we already shelled out to be at the game. Basically, show some respect for the people at actually pay their salaries and give up money to attend these events and buy apparel and stuff every single year. Do they evwn know what it costs to buy a pretty average BYU sweatshirt for the Royal game or how much it costs to buy a BYU polo/golf type shirt that the coach gets for free? I go to games spend a crap load of money buying new gear every year for myseldf and family, buy tickets, buy concession food, etc all for the overall experience, like most fans do. the whole overall experience is lacking at our school, though.
