Believe it or not, having coaches who seemed good, but flopped (your words)
is an excellent example of Bronco's incompetence. It's his job to hire assistants to help build the program. His ability to surround himself with effective leaders is one of the most important parts of his job. And he has whiffed with every single major hire he has made. He hired Doman to replace Anae. Doman failed. He hired Jaime Hill to take over the defense. Hill failed. He hired Howell to take over the defense. Howell's defense has been awful this year. He rehired Anae, and if I'm being generous, the jury is still out. But that hire completely undermines his decision to fire Anae in the first place! At best, since his return, Anae has been mediocre. If being mediocre is the best Bronco can do, I'm ready to see what other options are out there.

The injuries would be a fair argument if it wasn't a problem that every single program in the country faces. We either have talent available to back up people who get injured or we don't. So far, we don't.

Evaluating player talent is a huge responsibility of Bronco's as well. So why on earth would he not be held accountable? Can you really not see the problems here?
