I've been there many times. Very nice place in my opinion. I don't think there
are a lot of negatives honestly. The weather bugs some people because it's more like Utah in the winter. The worst thing I can think of is the job market honestly, but that doesn't apply (LOL).
I used to vacation here almost every summer growing up. If you like the outdoors, this place is like Heaven.
