used to being told they are the best, etc, etc. Dealing with 15-17 year old kids, and more important to remember - the ego's of their parents- who I'm sure believe their kid to be the next JJ Watt, Peyton Manning, etc. So, yes, I imagine that "fit" and how "coachable" a prospect is plays into things.
Was interested to see how much RGIII apparently got "special" treatment during his first few years with the Redskins, and now that he's sucking it up, his privileges are going away... and I think rightfully so. Hard to foster a team environment when certain players get "special" privileges. Same goes for incoming recruits.
