The coaches circle money has improved things, but
BYU still doesn't use other resources available to pay assistant coaches what they need to for BYU to be elite.
BYU is trying to be elite at a P5 level while only paying for high G5 level. To paraphrase a popular quote, "BYU has Coca Cola taste but a Shasta budget."
