As fans, we would never see the money, so that is not an issue. It is all about getting a quality opponent on a neutral site in prime time. I understand your frustration, but truth be told, BCS/NY6 bowl games are not much better than the other bowl games. It is all about the playoffs now. For all the BCS games that Boise State has gone to, what has it gotten them? All it has gotten them was the right to say that they were the 4th ranked team instead of the 10th ranked team. If your not number 1, it doesn't matter.

Just be glad that Tom Holmoe has scheduled 4 BCS/NY6 caliber games into the schedule next year, so we are able to get those games without having to win enough to qualify for one of them in the postseason. That is more than Boise State can ever get in the MWC and why it is so good to be independent.
