He is the worst of both worlds...

He is too lax when disciplining players for mental mistakes on the field (i.e personal fouls, offsides, etc.,) but he is too strict when disciplining players for outdated, irrelevant rules such as no earrings or no facial hair. As in most cases, his priorities are all wrong.
