but some here think it is far more extreme than that. When I was at BYU President Packer came down and gave a talk explaining how people get all worked up about smoking and drinking while not really caring about immorality. He pointed out that immorality is a major sin and smoking and drinking are pretty minor. In fact in my experience a person can quit smoking or drinking one day and have a temple recommend the next.
