2007 - Losses by 10 to UCLA and 8 to Tulsa kill the year for the BCS by game 3 (BYU finishes 11-2)
2008 - Meltdown losses by 25 to TCU and 24 to Utah kill the year for the BCS and BYU lays an egg against Arizona in the bowl game (BYU finishes 10-3)
2009 - Meltdown losses by 26 to FSU and 31 to FSU kill the year for the BCS (BYU finishes 11-2)
2010 - 7-6 (Jake/Riley-gate year 1)
2011 - 10-3 (Jake/Riley-gate year 2)
2012 - 8-5 (Riley-gate year 3)
2013 - 8-5 (GFGH kills Hill year 1)
2014 - 8-4 (GFGH kills Hill year 2)

Call me silly, but I don't see where things are improving for BYU. This IS NOT an independence problem. This is a BRONCO problem.
