We just did this in October. Initially,I was very hesitant. But it worked out

great. We have a 9th, 7th, 4th, and 1st grader. It took them a few weeks to catch up on missed assignments and they were busy with homework for a few weeks but they didn't complain. They loved the cruise and said it was totally worth it. Additionally, there are a lot less children on the cruise ship during the school year which was nice (kids' club less crowded etc). Highly recommend it.
