then I hear my kids tell me VERY frequently that they spent the last two days watching movies in class. And I'm not talking about elementary school (5 kids in 8th-12th grade). I respect teachers, but how lazy is this? Especially when I ask the movie titles--not educational in the least. Until they stop showing movies in class (or having parties for every imaginable excuse) I have zero qualms pulling my kids for a few days (did it last month to take three of them to Provo to watch W volleyball, M basketball, and football in the same weekend
