Yep. Size depends on room size, and any random guy working at Best Buy
can give you the measurement you'll want for the room you're using.
I would not get a smart TV. Get a "dumb" TV instead and then add a Roku/AppleTV/etc... You can pick up a Roku for pennies these days. When the "smart" technology improves, you replace it for pennies again. You don't want to have to replace your whole TV just because the smart tech is out of date.
