There is no way that lone arm caused all that.
For one thing the old coach is in the way. How much leverage could he have gotten on a 280+ pound center?
It almost looks like the other guy is trying to keep Koroma from charging at 97. #97 is clearly getting up near Stewart after a big interception was thrown. Koroma looked like he was already running to get in front of Stewart to push that guy out of the way. Koroma turned round because he felt a hand touch him.
