yeah, occam's razor isn't always right. in fact, it would be interesting to test
if it is even right most of the time. Life is pretty complex. I think we also identify "simple" reasons that seem reasonable (and end up being correct) but the reality is you could still probably think of an even simpler conclusion and be wrong
