I have started in the last few months. I have plateaued at 180ish, looking to
get down a little more. Exercising has made it a littler harder, I have found that with working out (especially lifting) that I am WAY hungrier. But i would attribute 100% of my weight loss to diet.

I used to hate running just to run, even when I was not as heavy in HS (played soccer), but since losing the weight I have kind of gotten into it. Another thing to push and test myself with.
