stake to stake basis. I am a Coordinating Council Sports Director and these directives come from the Church sports committee. Unfortunately, many stake leaders lack the experience and training and therefore, they make up their own rules.

The Utah HIgh School Athletic Association came to the church many years ago and asked that we not allow high school players to play on the church teams. The church agreed and adopted the policy church wide. However the policy is applied to high school only. If a kid plays sophomore ball, JV Ball or Varsity, he can't play.
