They all say they can't believe how clean the streets are and are amazed that the city keeps weeds and trash off the highway and city streets. I like visiting them in Draper, because the mountains are fun, but I notice what they are talking about when they say the gilbert and other east valley cities are clean and well kept. It's why I don't care for Phoenix or Tucson or west side areas compared to the east valley.
