Utah is pretty dumpy wherever cities are

Lots of billboards everywhere, old ugly buildings next to new nice ones. Same with housing, you'll have a semi dumpy area and then a string of really nice new homes. Reminds me of byu's architecture on campus.. all over the place.

While I'm not a huge fan of AZ landscaping the areas I've been seem like they were done with alot more thought
