I work in customer service and to an extent, you are correct, but I think you are failing to understand where you are shopping.

It seems to me that you are "shopping" for a BMW at a Toyota dealership.

BYU is very good for what it is....a church run school that has an honor code and very good academics that also plays football.

If you want a school that only plays football, but plays it very well, seems like you might want to shop elsewhere and would be entitled to look elsewhere when the school did not meet your expectation.

Can BYU football do things better...absolutely. Best of luck finding another school that blends the four attributes mentioned previously in a single package.
