It seems to me that you are "shopping" for a BMW at a Toyota dealership...... I disagree! Customer service is about listening to the need of your customers and creating a solution. So it really doesn't matter where because anyone can give good customer service if they listen instead of get defensive.....Jason buck described what many customers are feeling and bronco isn't bringing people together. Is nick Howell the best you can do with a legacy pipeline like BYU?? Did he even offer kalani before nick ? Why not? Why one earth hasn't bronco beat down Ty detmers door to come help out?
