scout mobile shows a utah offer. Scout is who he talks to
Also Rivals doesn't show any offers but from BYU so I am not sure how reliable they are. Unlikely Scalley would be taking time with a player in the last week of recruiting who doesn't have an offer, especially with the others they are trying to hold onto and lure in.
