Anyone ever done a brisket on a gas grill?
I know I should get a smoker and I will eventually...
Have a friend who has convinced me to try it on my gas grill (that's how she does hers). I have a Weber Genesis that is able to maintain a constant temperature pretty well. I've successfully done turkey and prime rib on it. I figure I might as well give it a shot tomorrow for the SB.
If you've done this, I'd love to hear tips for success.
