There are no saved or assigned seats for anyone. There is a group of students who camp for every game though, and their "leader" is the president of the ROC board this year. He's a regular poster here on the board. In that group, there is a couple other roc board members. Other than that, the other kids in that group, 6-8 maybe, are just super fans that arent in leadership.

The other 35+ roc board members, in their various capacities within the board, sit throughout the student section. Many dont camp for every game, some sit at the very top. We think that is the best way to organize things because we dont want people thinking that the leaders have any kind of priority seating. Obviously, it seems that way since the 2-3 most recognizable guys in the front row are ROC board members.

All that said, it makes sense that the guys and girls who put in the time to get the best seats are also the ones who are leaders.

We're open to any and all suggestions about organizational improvement within the ROC. We model ourselves after other successful student sections, and have made some vast improvements this year. Lots of work to be done, though.
